Picture yourself in Hyderabad’s buzzing Salarpuria Knowledge City, making sure Citco’s platforms are as smooth as butter. As a Manual Testing – UAT/QA specialist, you’ll be testing platforms like AExeo, CitcoOne, and ECM to ensure they’re client-ready. This job’s perfect for someone with a couple of years of QA experience who loves digging into details and working with a worldwide team.
You’ll be writing test cases, running them in Xray, and tracking bugs in JIRA, all while vibing in an Agile setup. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll work with business analysts and devs to keep our platforms top-notch. If you’re into solving problems and making tech shine, this is your kind of gig!
What You’ll Be Up To
- Turning business needs into super detailed test cases and objectives.
- Keeping test cases fresh, chatting with business analysts to nail the details.
- Running tests in Xray during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) like a pro.
- Spotting bugs, logging them in JIRA, and making sure they get squashed.
- Teaming up with developers to fix issues fast and keep things moving.
- Keeping the UAT Manager and project folks in the loop on your progress.
- Working with the project team to keep quality sky-high during UAT.
- Testing old features to make sure new updates don’t mess them up (that’s regression testing!).
- Giving the green light for new platform versions to go live.
- Juggling tasks and priorities like a champ to keep projects on track.
What You Need to Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or something similar.
- At least 2 years of QA or UAT experience, preferably in financial services.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Xray, and Confluence.
- Ability to work in our Hyderabad office at Salarpuria Knowledge City.
- A reliable commute and a passion for making tech better.
