As a Quality Engineer at unifyCX, you’ll be the one keeping our hosted app tight, mixing manual testing with automation to make sure everything’s on point. You’ll be rocking tools like Selenium or Cypress, whipping up test plans, and hunting bugs to keep our platform smooth. You’ll also team up with devs, product managers, and even clients to make sure the customer experience is fire. What You’ll Be Doing

Automating test cases with tools like Selenium or Cypress to speed things up.
Diving into manual testing when needed to catch those tricky bugs.
Writing and running test cases and test plans to keep quality top-notch.
Turning requirements into test cases that cover all the bases.
Spotting usability hiccups and functional gaps in the platform.
Logging bugs in a defect tracker and making sure fixes are solid.
Chatting with clients and keeping your team and managers in the loop daily.
Helping build automation frameworks to make testing a breeze.
Using Git and Jenkins to keep your work organized.
Collaborating with the squad to improve the platform and drive big projects.

What You Need to Jump In

Any Bachelor’s degree (tech or not, we’re chill).
4-6 years of QA experience with different testing methods.
A cozy home setup with fast internet for remote work.
Experience with manual testing and creating test plans/test cases.
Hands-on experience with a QA automation tool like Selenium, Cypress, Webdriver.io, or Robot Framework.
