What You’ll Be Doing

Figuring out test requirements and designing test cases that match business needs.
Writing and planning tests using Wipro’s model-based testing approach.
Making sure test cases are peer-reviewed to keep rework low.
Working with devs to identify and document test cases, keeping versions straight.
Setting testing scope, criteria, and parameters, and jumping into UAT.
Automating parts of the test process with VB macros, scheduling, or GUI tools.
Building automation frameworks and reporting to streamline testing.
Running tests, spotting bugs, and logging them with clear, repeatable details.
Creating test status dashboards for stakeholders after each testing cycle.
Sharing feedback on usability and risks to keep quality high.
Keeping clients happy with clear emails, fault tracking, and great communication.
Delivering reports and updates on time, with no slip-ups or complaints.

What You Need to Get Started

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in functional testing or QA.
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad with a reliable commute.
Basic knowledge of testing processes and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
A passion for quality assurance and catching those sneaky bugs.
